This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out activities that are prohibited when using the AM8 platform and ARIA, our AI assistant. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
- Attempting to access data belonging to other organisations or to bypass tenant isolation.
- Probing, scanning or testing the security of the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Using ARIA to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.
- Attempting to jailbreak, manipulate or circumvent ARIA's safety guidelines.
- Reverse engineering, reselling or sublicensing the service except as expressly permitted.
- Uploading malware or interfering with the integrity or performance of the service.
Responsible AI use
ARIA's output is AI-generated and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs with a qualified professional before relying on them. Do not use the service as a substitute for legal advice.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
