Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out activities that are prohibited when using the AM8 platform and ARIA, our AI assistant. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Prohibited activities

• Attempting to access data belonging to other organisations or to bypass tenant isolation.
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Using ARIA to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.
• Attempting to jailbreak, manipulate or circumvent ARIA's safety guidelines.
• Reverse engineering, reselling or sublicensing the service except as expressly permitted.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the integrity or performance of the service.

Responsible AI use

ARIA's output is AI-generated and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs with a qualified professional before relying on them. Do not use the service as a substitute for legal advice.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
