Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AM8 platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

AM8 provides AI governance and compliance tooling, including ARIA, an AI assistant.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. AM8 is a business-to-business product intended for organisations; by creating an account you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these terms, and where you register on behalf of an organisation, that you are authorised to bind that organisation to them.

AI-specific disclaimers

AM8 is an AI system and ARIA's AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. The service and any AI-generated compliance documents are drafting and education aids only and are not legal advice and not professional, medical or financial advice, and do not constitute certification. You must independently verify material outputs and consult a qualified counsel or professional before relying on them. AI- generated documents are marked DRAFT until reviewed and signed off by a named human.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, or use ARIA to generate harmful content. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel in line with your plan terms.

Termination and your data

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your data straight away. Your account remains and your records stay in place for 12 months, so you can sign in, read everything and export it. We email you before the end of that period. After it, the workspace is deleted permanently. Restarting a subscription at any point before then cancels the deletion. Deleting the account yourself takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. When you delete it you may choose to have a complete copy of your data returned to you first, as part of the same request. A defined class of compliance records is retained rather than deleted, as set out in our Privacy Notice and DPA.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AM8's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this limitation of liability excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are subject to the governing law of France, and the competent French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
